Certified fast Connect connector for PROFIBUS RS 485-IS connectivity in IP 20 hazardous areas. The shielding clamps connect the shielding of the cable with the device ground. The Fast Connect system saves time during assembly. Because of IS guidelines, it has a blue color. The RS 485-IS plug of device category 2G may be used in zone 1 hazardous areas. It is NOT allowed to use the plug on non-Ex equipment.
